Our 5 Basic Truth Principles
1. GOD IS ALL THERE IS
In the beginning, God (Genesis 1:1)
There is nothing more to add to the above statement. In the beginning of all that is, at the start of everything, is God. We believe that there is only God. There are not two powers or any opposing powers to the ONE POWER we call God. God is the creative mind, the divine intelligence back of all there is. God is the substance under all creation. When we speak of God or the source or this Divine Mind we are speaking of every aspect of IT; that which is WORD and that which is LAW. This is why we say that God is in all things and all things find their origin in some aspect of God.
2. ONENESS IS THE SECRET
"I and my Father are One." (John 10:30)
It is within this principle you will discover the ALLNESS of this truth we teach call the Philosophy of Awakening.
YOU are an expression of the infinite divine being that was in our beginning. You have been pressed out of God therefore you exist. You are an idea in the MIND of this GOD-MIND, and you are here to unfold that divine idea that is God expressing itself as you! You are God in human form. This is the secret of the ages. This is the true secret of spiritual power.
This is the secret to overcoming any and every challenge. When you are awakened to this awareness that you are not separate from that which you are, you will begin to experience and respond to life with assuredness, knowing that nothing can ever disturb the calm peace of your soul. It is because of your oneness, that you are able to do the greater works Jesus spoke of. You do it because now you know that not only do you have power, you ARE POWER! It is also within this awareness that you truly begin to accept yourself as worthy and valuable; you are worthy of all that’s good because of your ONENESS WITH GOD.
3. EVERYTHING IS CONSCIOUSNESS
"Let this MIND BE YOU" (Phillipians 2:5)
The third principle is as important as the first two and is the soul of this teaching. We realize that absolutely everything is consciousness. Everything about our lives is the product of our own thinking, and our own perception in mind. Through our thoughts and feelings and mental perceptions we create everything. That which we believe to be true about life, our world, other people, and our surroundings, become our reality.
The ideas we hold, the world concepts we hold in our consciousness, play the MOST important role in how our life unfolds. There is one mind, one law that is always moving forward; ONE mind which is that zero point field of creation and we each have consciousness IN THIS ONE MIND. Whatever we impress upon this mind AS our truth becomes our conscious reality. There is nothing outside of us responsible for anything we experience; it is all a product of where we are in consciousness at any given moment. Your journey into Awakening Light International is for you to transform your mind so that you will transform your life!
4. WE CREATE OUR OWN REALITY
You shall have whatever you say (Mark 11:23-24)
Each and every one of us has the ability to create the life we desire. We are co-creators with that aspect of God we call LAW! We create our own reality by working with this Divine Law. We work with this divine law through our own WORD! “Everything I say is for MYSELF!”
For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he.
Proverbs 23:7 (KJV)
Never stop reciting these teachings. You must think about them night and day so that you will faithfully do everything written in them. Only then will you prosper and succeed. (Joshua 1:8)
5. WE ARE AWAKENED TO AWAKEN OTHERS
(LUKE 4:18 “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised)
We recognized that within our community many are asleep. Most are asleep to their true nature as well as their true potential. This condition of spiritual sleep is the cause for ALL of the ills of our community and our world. As Awakenists, WE AWAKE! We share this truth with all when we sense the need. We are commissioned to bring the light that we are to our world and to our community. Therefore we share this truth and we seek to bring others to this light so that they to will be awakened. An awakened community is a productive, happy, prosperous and living community.
