Prayer & Meditation

There is power in prayer. That we know to be true. So when we as Awakenist's practice the art of prayer we know that we are making the most powerful connection. Prayer to us is simply aligning our hearts and raising our consciousness to the level of ultimate truth. We do not have to beg or beseech a power outside of us for sucker and favor. When we pray we simply have to lift our attention to that place in spirit where we know the truth. And what is this truth we are aligning ourselves with? The truth is, like Jesus, we are one with the Father. The truth is because of our oneness with God no weapon formed against us shall prosper. The truth is nothing can disturb the calm peace of our souls unless we allow it. The truth is we are truly the thinker that thinks the thought that creates the thing. The truth is a thousand can fall at our right and ten thousand at our left and will not come near us. The truth is when we have faith we always see the goodness of the Lord (DIVINE LAW) in the land of the living!

This is the state of mind we as Awakenist occupy when we pray for ourselves and when we are called to pray for others. So as you let us know what it is you would like us to lift up, you can be assured that along with your faith you will see a positive outcome to that which you are praying for.

And know beyond a shadow of a doubt that God (the God of your understanding) loves you and is preparing good things for you. For it is written; "I know the plans I have for you. Plans to prosper you and give you a wonderful outcome to your expectation of faith! ( Jeremiah 29:11)
